Greg Carrescia, branch manager for the First Team Fullerton office, has nearly 20 years industry experience that began while as a teenager learning from his father, a veteran real estate broker. Today, he’s happy to be cast in a leadership role coaching and mentoring agents.

“We have, I believe, the largest brain trust in the industry,” said Greg, who notes that weekly leadership team meetings provide a great forum for managers to brainstorm answers to challenges and find solutions and new ideas to share with each other and their agents.
Greg also believes that the office culture of caring, sharing and teamwork is something that agents appreciate and find of value.
“We are a family away from home and enjoy a strong camaraderie,” Greg said, noting that although agents are competitive, they are still willing to help and lend a hand to other agents.
