As you might expect, Larry is a cheerful guy. He says he can’t wait to get into the office each day because he loves what he does and working in the real estate industry. He began his real estate career in 1988 and soon became the manager of a top-selling office. Larry came to the attention of First Team CEO and Founder Cameron Merage and the rest, as they say, is history.
Whether it’s coaching, educating or problem solving, Larry is there for his agents. According to Larry, First Team enjoys a culture of caring and sharing that permeates throughout the company starting from the top.
