Greg Carrescia, branch manager for the First Team Fullerton office, has nearly 20 years industry experience that began while as a teenager learning from his father, a veteran real estate broker. Today, he’s happy to be cast in a leadership role coaching and mentoring agents.

All First Team managers employ a non-competing management approach and that along with Greg’s hands-on and approachable management style means agents have access to a powerful, focused support system. Greg believes that his personal commitment to ongoing professional education puts him in the best position to be a knowledgeable resource for agents. In today’s challenging marketplace of REOs and short sales, agents know that they can turn to Greg as a trusted and reliable source of information.

“We have, I believe, the largest brain trust in the industry,” said Greg, who notes that weekly leadership team meetings provide a great forum for managers to brainstorm answers to challenges and find solutions and new ideas to share with each other and their agents.

Greg also believes that the office culture of caring, sharing and teamwork is something that agents appreciate and find of value.

“We are a family away from home and enjoy a strong camaraderie,” Greg said, noting that although agents are competitive, they are still willing to help and lend a hand to other agents.

The market presence, proprietary technology tools and consumer focused marketing materials of First Team combined with dedicated support and education means that First Team agents enjoy a launching pad for success not available at any other brokerage.

According to Greg, the most important question he asks of each First Team agent is “How far do you want to grow?” With the teamwork and support First Team provides to agents, Greg says the opportunities are limitless.
