With more than 30 years of experience, Fred Nassab knows what it takes to succeed in real estate – motivation, training, marketing and support. Many years ago, as an agent, he found all that and more at First Team. It wasn’t long before his success was recognized and his business acumen rewarded with a leadership position when First Team opened a location in Rossmoor/Seal Beach. As the office manager, Fred not only recruited agents, but he also grew the First Team market share within the region. His outstanding achievement resulted in advancement to a corporate leadership position as Vice President of Sales, working directly with First Team CEO and Founder Cameron Merage.
However, Fred missed his passion of inspiring success for motivated agents, and he happily returned to coaching and mentoring agents at the Rossmoor office.
“I really enjoy working with real estate professionals who have a desire to grow,” Fred said. “My passion lies in developing agents, helping them to get clear on their goals and enjoying watching them increase their business while enjoying a higher quality of life.”
Fred reveled in the opportunity to reconnect with the day-to-day aspects of the business and to complement his experience as an agent with the proven tactics and strategies he developed through his corporate work.
