Man of many hats helps buyers and sellers

Tim Morissette is a man who wears many hats, both literally and figuratively. Students at Foothill Ranch Elementary School love the comical hats he wears when he reads to them, and then there’s the Santa hat he wears as “Santa Tim” during the holidays. But it’s the myriad of real estate “hats” that this award-winning top producer wears that his clients appreciate the most.

Tim believes today’s market is both a seller and a buyer’s market.

            “Low inventory and exceptional property values often result in a bidding war with the sale price escalating above the list price – which is great for sellers. However, property values are still lower than they’ve been in years – similar to 2003 prices and with the lowest interest rates in history since 1930,” Tim said. “It’s a great time to buy, so it’s good for buyers and sellers.”
