First Team Introduces New Team Based in Talega

First Team^® is proud to announce the formation of Team Talega, a great new team working out of the Dana-Ocean Ranch office. Led by Hall of Fame award-winning agent Bob Gottuso, Team Talega is jumping head-first into this emerging real estate market.

            The team, 11 agents ranked in the First Team Top 100, is very familiar with the area. Last year, First Team agents sold one out of every four homes in the Talega San Clemente community. Recognizing the great opportunity in the area, First Team formed a community-specific team to focus on the area and utilize unique tactics for assisting local home owners.

            “The idea is to reach every homeowner in Talega this year – talk to them about the market to see if they need to sell, stay, move up, or lower their taxes,” Bob said. “We’re going to knock on every door, talk to everyone in the marketplace to see if we can help them.”

            In addition to the marketing support from the First Team Home Office, Team Talega is sponsored by Dana-Ocean Ranch, the No. 1 First Team office seven years running. Office Manager Mark Kojac has been mentoring the team since their formation.
